Legal notice
This is an English translation for information purposes. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
Website owner
Igneva is the brand under which IGNEVA SOLUTIONS, S.L. operates. This notice governs the use of its corporate website at igneva.com and of the pages on its subdomains that link back to it.
You can contact us at hola@igneva.com or through the contact form.
What this website offers
Igneva provides process analysis and automation, software development and tool integration services for companies and professionals. We use artificial intelligence when it is the right fit for the work to be done.
This website explains our activity, our way of working and examples of application. You can browse it free of charge and without registering. The cost of your internet connection depends on your provider.
Contact, quotes and hiring
Sending us an enquiry or requesting a meeting does not mean hiring a service and does not by itself create an obligation to pay. The website has no online purchase or payment process.
The scope of each job, its deliverables, price, taxes, deadlines and other conditions are set out in the proposal or contract agreed with the client before the service begins. If we publish a price on the website, we will say what it corresponds to and whether it includes the applicable taxes.
Examples, demonstrations and estimates serve to explain possible applications. Their results depend on the process, the data and the circumstances of each company; they are not a general guarantee of savings, profitability or results. This does not limit the commitments we expressly make in an accepted proposal or in a contract.
Use of the website
When using the website you must respect the applicable law and the rights of other people. In particular, you must not introduce malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data, impersonate third parties or send bulk submissions that disrupt the operation of the site or the form.
If you write to us on behalf of a company or another person, you must be authorised to do so. For a first enquiry it is enough to describe the process you want to improve: avoid including passwords, sensitive data or confidential third-party documentation.
We may take proportionate measures to prevent abusive use or access that compromises the security and availability of the site.
Intellectual and industrial property
The contents of this website that are protected by intellectual or industrial property rights belong to Igneva or to their respective owners. This includes, as applicable, texts, designs, images, code and distinctive signs.
You may browse the website and share links to its pages. Reproduction, distribution, transformation or other uses of protected content require the owner’s authorisation, unless an applicable licence or the law permits that use. The rights and licences of third-party materials must be respected.
The appearance of third-party brands, names or logos does not transfer any rights over them and does not imply an endorsement other than the relationship expressly described.
This section refers to the contents of the website. Rights over the software and deliverables we develop for a client are governed by their contract.
Information and operation
We aim to keep the information correct and up to date. If you spot an error or an operating problem, you can report it to us at the contact email.
The website may suffer interruptions due to maintenance, technical incidents or other causes. Igneva will be liable for the damages attributable to it under the terms set by law. This notice does not exclude the liabilities that legally apply and does not limit rights that cannot be waived.
Links to other pages
The website may include links to third-party sites, for example to professional profiles. Those sites have their own owners, contents and privacy conditions.
Including a link does not mean that Igneva adopts as its own all the contents of the destination page. If you tell us that a link leads to unlawful content or content that infringes rights, we will examine it and take the appropriate measures, including removing it where appropriate.
Personal data
The Privacy policy explains how we process the data you give us, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights. It is also available from the form and the footer.
Browsing this website is not the same as giving consent to receive advertising or to other processing that requires it.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when the owner’s details, the characteristics of the website or the applicable legal requirements change. The date and the version appear at the top of the page. An update to this notice does not by itself modify contracts already agreed with clients.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
This notice is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that apply. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals under the applicable rules on jurisdiction.
You can write to us at the contact email to try to resolve an issue directly. That prior contact does not affect your right to go to the authorities or to the courts.
