Civil service exam academies
A law changes. When do the new study notes arrive?
A system that reads the BOE (Spain’s official state gazette) every morning, detects which laws have changed and flags which syllabus topics need updating, with the change already drafted.
What we built
- Daily reading of the consolidated BOE and a comparison, article by article, with the previous version.
- An index of every legal citation in the syllabus, to know which paragraph depends on each article.
- The AI drafts the change; the teacher approves it and it is applied to the syllabus of every centre at once.
Result. Before, checking the BOE depended on finding the time, and each centre corrected things its own way. Now the change reaches everyone at once.
Renovations
After the site visit, preparing the quote took days.
A custom tool that turns what is gathered on the visit (photos and voice notes) into the quote and the renovation dossier, ready for the client.
What we built
- Transcription of the voice notes and extraction of what matters, room by room.
- Quote and dossier generated in the company’s format and branding, and a video of the renovation made from the photos.
- Sent to the client by chat, without going through Word.
Result. Before, each quote took 3 or 4 days of pasting photos and transcribing audio by hand. Now the dossiers make themselves and the team keeps selling.
Grants
The deadline is closing and there are 40,000 invoices left to review.
A system that reviews thousands of invoices at once against the rules of each grant and asks each client, in writing, for what is missing to justify it.
What we built
- Reading of every document in the file (invoice, order, delivery note, quotes and bank statements).
- The grant rules programmed in code, by section: project, dates, amounts, payments, quotes and VAT.
- The AI only drafts the message to the client with what is missing. Everything runs in parallel and no data leaves the consultancy.
Result. 40,000 invoices reviewed at once: from 4 weeks of waiting to 2 minutes.
